To customize Menus with customizer API, Go to Dashboard → Appearance → Customize → Menus → View All Locations.
To customize Menus from Admin Panel, Go to Dashboard → Appearance → Menus.
- Add a menu title and add menu lists
- Select menu location to show the newly created menu
- Create a menu
