The theme supports a customizer API to customize site layout.
To customize Site Layout, Go to Dashboard → Appearance → Customize → Site Background And Layout. You can change the site layout to Wide (default), Boxed or Frame.
You will get options to set site background color and background image.
As you select Frame or Boxed layout, you should see options for frame color and frame image.
